Description: Fresh Thai sweet basil 新鮮泰國甜羅勒 — the aniseed-scented basil that goes into green curry and drunken noodles. It is sturdier than Italian basil, with purple-tinged stems and a sweet liquorice note that stands up to heat, so it goes in during cooking rather than just at the end.
