Description: Fresh green peppercorns (Thai) 100g, sold on the stem just as they are picked. Fresh green peppercorns are the unripe berries of the pepper vine — and yes, you can eat them whole, stem and all. They bring a bright, citrusy heat that is gentler than dried black pepper, and they are a staple of southern Thai cooking, where whole sprigs go straight into the wok. Ours are delivered fresh across the UK.
Tuk Tuk Method: Throw whole sprigs into pad kee mao (drunken noodles) or a Thai green curry. Fry with garlic and Thai basil alongside clams or squid. Or crush into a creamy green peppercorn sauce for steak.
Storage: Store in the refrigerator once delivered and use within a few days.
