Tuk Tuk Method: Steam: Do not defrost. Add 1/3 water into steamer, put wet cloth or brush a layer of oil on steaming rack. When water boils, place Cheung Fun on, cover with a lid an steam for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.  

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C.
