Description: Frozen Royal Gourmet beancurd skin roll 鮮竹卷 is a Cantonese dim sum classic: a seasoned filling of prawn, pork, bamboo shoot, black fungus and carrot wrapped in a thin beancurd skin. Steaming turns the skin silky while the filling stays juicy. The 350g pack cooks straight from frozen, so a dim sum spread at home is never far off.

Tuk Tuk Method: Steam from frozen for about 20 minutes and serve with soy or oyster sauce alongside other dim sum. Or braise the steamed rolls in oyster sauce with a splash of stock for a saucier Cantonese-style dish.

Storage: Keep frozen and cook from frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
