Tuk Tuk Method: 1) Noodle Salad: Put dry noodle into boiling water, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Rinse in cold water, then drain. Add seasoning and vegetables, stir well and serve. 2) Stir Fry Noodles: Soak noodles in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, rinse in cold water then drain. Add vegetable oil, seasoning and vegetables, stir fry for 2 minutes. 3) Noodle Soup: Add water (15 times of the weight of noodle) and seasoning into the pot. Bring to a boil, input the noodle, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
