Description: Fresh pak choi 500g, hand-picked and delivered fresh across the UK. Crisp, juicy stems and tender dark leaves with a mild, slightly sweet flavour — one of the quickest vegetables to cook and one of the most useful. Halve it for the wok, steam it as a side, or drop it into noodle broths. It takes on garlic, ginger, oyster sauce and sesame beautifully.
Tuk Tuk Method: Halve lengthways and stir-fry with garlic and oyster sauce for 2–3 minutes. Steam and dress with soy and sesame oil. Or add to ramen and noodle soups for the last minute of cooking.
Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
