Tuk Tuk Method: Cook from frozen. Oven: After thawing the char siu, preheat the oven to 180°C. Open the Sachet, place it in the oven, and after 10-15 minutes. Flip the char siu, brush sauce from the char siu sachet, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until caramelized. Recommend slicing and enjoy with plum sauce. Air Fryer: After thawing the char siu, air fry at 150°C for 8 minutes until slightly crispy. Flip the char siu, brush sauce from the char siu sachet and continue air frying for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Recommend slicing and enjoying with plum sauce.
Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°, colour and quality will be affected if repeatedly thawed and refrozen.
