Tuk Tuk Method: Air fryer: 1. Thaw the frozen chicken fillets until soft. 2. Set the air fryer to 180 degrees, spray oil on the chicken skin, and air fry for 4 minutes. 3. Take out the chicken fillets and evenly coat them with the sweet soy glaze sauce. 4. Put them back in the air fryer and fry at 180 degrees for 2 minutes to give the sauce a charred aroma. Oven: 1. Thaw the frozen fillets until soft. 2. Set the oven to 200 degrees, spray oil on the chicken skin, and grill for 15 minutes. 3. Take out the chicken fillets and evenly coat them with the sweet soy glaze sauce. 4. Put them back in the oven and grill at 180 degrees for 5 minutes to give the sauce a a charred aroma.

Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°, colour and quality will be affected if repeatedly thawed and refrozen.
