Happy Boy Wonton Pastry 福仔雲吞皮 200g (Frozen)

Description: Happy Boy wonton pastry 福仔雲吞皮 is a pack of thin, silky egg wrappers for making your own wontons at home. Wonton skins are thinner and more delicate than round dumpling (jiaozi) pastry, which is what gives wontons their soft, slithery bite in soup. Keep the stack under a damp cloth while you wrap so the edges do not dry out. Thaw in the fridge overnight before wrapping.

Tuk Tuk Method: Fill with minced pork and prawn seasoned with ginger, spring onion and sesame oil, then boil for wonton noodle soup. Deep-fry fresh-wrapped wontons until golden and serve with sweet chilli sauce. Unused wrappers freeze well between sheets of baking paper.

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw in the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
