Description: Happy Boy wonton pastry for deep fry is a 250g pack of frozen wonton wrappers, ready to fill and fry. The thin wheat and egg pastry blisters and crisps beautifully in hot oil, giving you golden, crunchy wontons with a tender filling. It also works for boiled wontons and soup, so it earns its place in the freezer. Thaw before wrapping so the sheets separate cleanly.

Tuk Tuk Method: Wrap minced prawn and pork with ginger and spring onion, then deep-fry until golden for crispy wontons with sweet chilli sauce. Cut into triangles and fill with cream cheese and crab for crab rangoon style bites. Or simmer filled wontons in chicken broth for wonton noodle soup.

Storage: Keep frozen. Thaw before wrapping and do not refreeze once thawed.
