  • Description: HDL Pickled Cabbage Hot Pot Seasoning (Hot and Sour Flavour). HDL Pickled Cabbage Hot Pot Seasoning is based on the hot pot hot and sour flavour seasoning mix used in the Haidilao restaurant chains initially established in the Szechuan province. The HDL is the shortened version of Haidilao, which means fortune in Sichuan dialect. The Haidilao hot pot sauces and seasonings are very famous in Europe and US due to the presence of HDL restaurants.

    Tuk Tuk Method:

    1. Hot pot seasoning: Mix this product with 600-700ml of water and add shiitake and fresh chilli peppers slices to taste. Bring to the boil and add other vegetables and meat of your choice, continue to cook thoroughly before consumption. Compliment with Hai Di Lao Hot Pot Dipping Sauce for the best experience.

    2. Tangy Noodle Soup (1-2 portions): Add this product to 800-1000ml of boiling water, then add some vegetables and 100-150g of noodles and cook, scatter chopped spring onion and serve.
