Description: Honor White Fungus with Longan Mix 150g. A quick and easy way of making a delicious white fungus with longan dessert!
Tuk Tuk Method: Wash thoroughly before use. Soak White Fungus in water until soft and puffs up. Soak the remaining ingredients in water for 30 minutes and drain. Cut White Fungus into smaller pieces then add all ingredients to a saucepan with water. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Add rock sugar and stir until melted, then remove from heat. Ready to eat hot or cold!
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
