Really nice, zingy, crunchy fresh kimchi. Good mix of salty, sour and spicy. My 9yr old really likes it too! Please note this is a full cabbage head with full length leaves, not table cut, so you need to cut it up yourself. I like it this way because I can choose to use a full long leaf for wrapping rolls too.
