Description: King Oyster Mushroom 小杏菇 200g is the meatiest of the oyster mushrooms — thick, dense stems with a mild, savoury flavour and a firm bite that stands up to high-heat cooking. Score and sear the stems and they turn golden and juicy, which is why cooks use them as a plant-based stand-in for scallops. A 200g pack serves two as a side. Delivered fresh across the UK.
