Description: Knorr Tom Yum Stock Cubes 24g (2x12g) are the quickest route to Thailand's famous hot and sour soup. Each cube blends chilli, lemongrass, citrus leaf and lemon juice into a ready-made tom yum broth, so there is no need to track down fresh herbs or paste. Two cubes make a litre of soup — hot, sour and fragrant — ready for whatever you add. A handy store-cupboard standby for midweek noodle soups too.

Tuk Tuk Method: Dissolve 2 cubes in 1 litre of boiling water, then add prawns, chicken or mushrooms and simmer until cooked. Use a single cube to flavour a quick noodle soup or seafood broth. Adjust with lime juice and fish sauce to taste.
