Description: LG Ho Fun (M) 中河粉 420g are fresh ho fun noodles — the wide, flat rice noodles you know from Cantonese restaurants. Soft, smooth and slightly chewy, they soak up sauce without turning heavy, and the medium cut works in both the wok and the soup pot. Wondering what ho fun noodles are? Tuk Tuk Method: Gently separate the strands (a quick rinse in warm water helps). Stir-fry over high heat with beef, beansprouts and dark soy for beef chow fun. Or go Thai with pad see ew — Chinese broccoli, egg and sweet dark soy. Also lovely in a simple noodle soup.
