Taro is, another type of potato, healthy snack very crunchy and feel your tummy up. Chips taro, or buy fresh taro roots, to boil , it's have a creamy bite texture / creamy, the skin is easy peel when cooked. I love eating both fresh roots or chips.
Wasn’t sure what to expect but really enjoyed these. Crunchy, (sometimes too crunchy) but enjoyable as an afternoon snack with my coffee. They are not salted, just simple crunchy sticks. Given their simplicity with just two ingredients -taro and veg oil- I feel these are a lighter maybe healthier snack. For me, a nice alternative to crisps.
