Description: Lungkow mung bean vermicelli 粉絲麵 — the clear, springy strands also known as glass noodles, cellophane noodles or bean thread noodles. Made from mung bean starch, they drink up the flavour of whatever broth or sauce they meet. Eight handy 50g bundles per pack, so one bundle is one serving — no guessing, no tangles.
Tuk Tuk Method: Soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drop into hot pots, chicken soup or claypot dishes. Stir-fry with minced pork, wood ear mushrooms and soy for the Sichuan classic ants climbing a tree. Cut soaked noodles short and mix into spring roll fillings.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep dry bundles sealed.
