Description: Lungkow mung bean vermicelli (beans thread) 粉絲麵 is a classic glass noodle made from mung bean, pea and corn starch. Once cooked, the threads turn clear and springy, soaking up the flavour of whatever they are cooked in. That makes them the go-to noodle for stir-fries, soup noodles, hotpots and cold sesame-dressed salads. To cook, soak in warm water for about 10 minutes, then boil or stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
