Maesri Thai Green Curry Sauce 400ml

Description: Maesri green curry sauce is a ready-to-use Thai green curry in a 400ml can, with the coconut milk already blended in. Unlike a curry paste, there is nothing to fry off and no coconut milk to add: just heat it through and dinner is nearly done. The flavour is classic green curry, built on fresh green chillies, lemongrass, galangal and sweet basil, with bamboo shoots already in the sauce. Maesri makes it in Thailand without preservatives or artificial colouring.

Tuk Tuk Method: Warm the sauce in a pan, add sliced chicken, prawns or tofu and simmer until cooked. Add green beans, courgette or Thai aubergine if you like. Serve over steamed jasmine rice with a squeeze of lime, or thin with a splash of water for a lighter, soup-style curry.
