Description: MAMA pad thai instant noodles 泰式炒河粉(方便麵) bring Thailand's most famous noodle dish to a 70g pack, ready in about 3 minutes. Inside are dried rice noodles with seasoning powder and seasoning oil sachets that blend the sweet, sour and savoury tamarind notes of a street-side pad thai. It is a handy store-cupboard lunch or late-night meal, and a good base for extras: cooked prawns, fried tofu, crushed peanuts and fresh beansprouts all work well. Tuk Tuk Method: Cover the noodles with hot water for 3 minutes, then drain. Add the seasoning powder and seasoning oil and stir well. Top with cooked prawns, fried tofu, crushed peanuts and beansprouts, with a wedge of lime and a dash of fish sauce to taste.
