Description: Marumiya Shredded Salted Kelp Chazuke 34g. Tasty seasoning for chazuke rice soup! This re-sealable pack combines the rich umami of kombu kelp, the crunchy texture of mooli leaves and the deep-roasted aroma from hojicha. Simply add steamed rice and hot water to enjoy! Chazuke is a small bowl of rice into which green tea, water or dashi soup is added to create a rice soup mixture, to which garnishes such as salmon, umeboshi and wasabi can be added. While commonly enjoyed in Japan, it is not a dish that is especially well-known in the Western world.
Tuk Tuk Method: Add approx. 6-7g of chazuke to 100g of cooked rice. Add approx.150ml of hot water to enjoy!
