Usage Steps:

1. Warm the bowl and whisk. Fill the bowl with hot water and soak the whist to soften the bristles.
2. Discard water. Pour out the water and gently dry the bowl.
3. Sift matcha. Sift 2g of matcha into the bowl to remove the clumps.
4. Add hot water. Pour in hot water (80°C/ 176°F). The ideal matcha-to-water ratio is 1:10. Start by adding 0.21 oz (6g) of hot water (3 time the amount of matcha) and stir into a smooth paste. Then add 0.49 oz (14g) of water (the remaining 7 times) to complete the mixture.
5. Whisk. Use a fast 'M' or 'W' motion until foamy.
6. Enjoy. Drink after you add more water or milk.
