Description: Nissin Demae Duck Noodles 100g is the European-made edition of Nissin's classic ramen, with a rich, roasted duck-style broth. It is one of the quieter flavours in the Demae range — savoury and slightly sweet rather than spicy. The noodles stay springy and the soup powder dissolves cleanly, so you get a proper bowl in three minutes. A good one to keep in the cupboard for quick lunches.
Tuk Tuk Method: Cook the noodles in 500ml of boiling water for 3 minutes, remove from the heat and stir in the soup powder. Add a soft-boiled egg and sliced spring onions. Or top with leftover roast duck or char siu for a fuller bowl.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
