Tuk Tuk Method: 

1. Dissolve in water: Blend the karaage mix in water.
2. Mix together: Add bite-sized pieces of chicken, thoroughly mix and knead for 30 seconds, and then let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Deep Fry: Prepare oil about 3 to 4cm in a deep pan. Fry in oil heated to 170 to 180°C for about 4 minutes.
