Tuk Tuk Method: Add 125g of Obento Tempura Batter Mix to 180ml cold water and whisk through, do not overmix. Small lumps are common in the mixture and give a crunch texture when fried. Coat your choice of ingredient (seafood/ vegetables thinly sliced) in the batter and deep fry in hot oil (150°C-180°C) until golden brown.
