Tuk Tuk Method:
1. Soak the mushroom in water for 4-5 hours until tender and drain.
2. Marinate with a pinch of sugar, cooking oil and corn starch for 15 minutes. DO NOT use soy sauce to marinate, otherwise will get sour.
3. Rinse the mushroom and drain.
4. Stir fry the mushroom with oyster sauce, rock sugar and add some water. Then turn to low heat and stew for 20-25 minutes. The aroma of mushroom will be emitted.Storage: Store under cool, dry, conditions, out of direct sunlight. Once opened store refrigerated and use within 3 months.
