Description: Royal Gourmet Custard Buns 奶皇包 (6pcs) 310g (Frozen) — six pillowy steamed buns with a rich, creamy custard centre, in the style of the Cantonese bakery favourite nai wong bao. Steamed from frozen in about 15 minutes, the filling turns warm and velvety while the bun stays soft and tender. Serve as the sweet course at the end of a dim sum spread, or with afternoon tea.

Tuk Tuk Method: Remove wrapping film from tray. Place tray in suitable pot with 1 litre of cold water. Place lid over the pot and bring to a boil and steam for a further 15 minute or until piping hot throughout. For best results, cook from frozen. A bamboo basket can be used in place of the tray. To serve, place buns on a plate and enjoy.
