Tuk Tuk Method: Remove wrapping film from tray. Place tray in a suitable pot with 1 litre of cold water. Place lid over the pot and bring to a boil and steam for a further 15 minutes or until piping hot throughout. For best results, cook from frozen. The bamboo basket can be used in place of the tray. To serve, place spare ribs on top of plate of rice with your choice of vegetables as a garnish.
