Description: S&B Golden Curry Japanese curry mix (mild) 220g is the easy route to a thick, glossy Japanese curry at home. The block is scored into squares that melt straight into the pan, building a smooth, mildly spiced sauce with no measuring. The mild blend is gently sweet and savoury rather than hot, so it suits the whole family. This is the style of curry served over rice as katsu curry with a breaded cutlet. A smaller 92g box of golden curry is also stocked.

Tuk Tuk Method: Sweat onion, carrot and potato, add chicken or beef, cover with water and simmer until tender. Take off the heat, stir in the blocks until dissolved, then simmer briefly to thicken. Serve over rice for katsu curry with a breaded pork or chicken cutlet, or ladle over udon noodles for curry udon.
