Description: Sautao Beijing Noodles 1.36KG. Beijing noodles, also known as Zha Jiang Mian (炸酱面), or “Fried Sauce Noodles…” So famous in China that the mere mention of it immediately makes people think of Beijing.
Tuk Tuk Method: Put one bundle of noodles into boiling water, stir well and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the noodles from the pot, drain water away and set noodles aside. For noodles in soup: add noodles with soup base and serve. For noodles for stir-frying: stir-fry the noodles with food and serve.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
