Description: Silk Road Straw Mushroom in Salted Water 227g. A can of small brown-grey mushrooms are grown on beds of rice straw, hence the name. They have a wonderful silky texture and a delicate flavour. Drain after opening and cut each one in half lengthwise they look most attractive and are easy to pick up with chopsticks.
Tuk Tuk Method: After opening, drain and rinse in fresh water before use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
