Tuk Tuk Method: Glutinous Rice should be soaked for at least 2 hours before cooking. Wash and rinse 225g rice then place into a pan and add approx 200ml cold water and a pinch of salt. Cover and bring to boil then reduce heat to very low and simmer for 12-15 mins until the rice is cooked and sticky. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
