Tuk Tuk Method:

1. Add about 2/3 of the water to the pot and bring to a high heat until it boils.
2. No need to defrost. Put the tong yuen into boiling water. Stir the tong yuen slowly with spoon.
3. When the tong yuen float on the water, use low heat continue to boil for about 4-6 minutes.
