Description: Tiparos Fish Sauce 1500ml. A common table condiment in Thailand and arguably the single, most important flavouring ingredient in Thai cooking. Fish sauce has a distinct smell and is used like salt in western cooking and soy sauce in Chinese cooking.
Tuk Tuk Method: We believe fish sauce is essential for adding to soups, curries, marinades and salads. To use in place of salt, use approximately three times as much fish sauce.
Ingredients: Water, Anchovy (Fish) Extract (65%), Salt, Sugar.
Storage: Refrigeration is not advised. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight for up to 2 years.
