Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Blanch pork ribs to remove excess blood, then drain and set aside. 2. Coat the ribs evenly with flour, then pan-fry them in oil until both sides are crispy. Remove and set aside. 3. Heat a pan and pour in a small amount of sweet and sour sauce. Stir Briefly, then add the ribs. Turn off the heat, mix well, and serve. Once opened, use immediately.
