Description: Tuk Tuk Homemade Sweet Glutinous Rice Dumpling without Stuffing (Zong Zi) 自製新鮮甜粽 350g is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves. After being cooked in water, all the ingredients stick together and stay in a particular shape when unwrapped. It's a sticky, aromatic and flavoursome treat!
Tuk Tuk Method: Boil for 30 minutes, unwrap the bamboo leaves, and enjoy the delicious Rice Dumpling! Better served and dipped with sugar or honey!
Storage: Keep in the fridge or the freezer. If stored in the freezer, defrost thoroughly before boiling the rice dumpling.
