Description: Valcom Spicy Basil Stir-Fry Paste (Pad Kaprow) 90g. Thai Basil Stir Fry Paste is very popular in Thai cuisine, used in many recipes and dishes with rice and noodles. The Thai common names “Pad Kaprow” or “Pad Kee Mow” are served in all restaurants and home cooking.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply stir-fry your paste for 1 minute then add your cooked fish, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water, then stir through. Garnish with holy basil leaves, then remove from heat.
Ingredients: Water, Garlic (25%), Basil Leaves (16%), Sunglower Oil, Chilli (7.50%), Sugar, Salt, Thickener (E1442), Stabiliser (E415), Acidity Regulator (E330).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
