Description: Winner Foods Broad Wonton Noodles 400g. These noodles are an important ingredient in the famous won ton noodle dish. They work well with soup broths and with thick heavy sauces, as the thick flat noodles absorbs sauce well.
Tuk Tuk Method: Bring water to a boil and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Take one roll of fresh egg noodles and separate the strands and cook noodles for 30 seconds so noodles are half-cooked. Drain the noodles under cold water. Add the required ingredients to make a soup and add won tons. Once boiling, place noodles back into soup for 30 seconds to cook thoroughly and enjoy!
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing.
