Description: Winner Foods vegetarian cheung fun 400g is a pack of ready-made Cantonese steamed rice noodle rolls, plain and ready to heat. Cheung fun are soft, slippery sheets of rice noodle rolled into tubes, served across Hong Kong and Guangdong as dim sum and street food. These vegetarian rolls have a smooth, delicate texture and a mild rice flavour, so they pair well with bold sauces. If you are new to cheung fun, the classic way to eat them is warmed through and dressed with sauce.
Tuk Tuk Method: Sprinkle 10ml water over the cheung fun, cover and microwave for 3 minutes. Dress Hong Kong street-style with sweet soy sauce, hoisin, sesame sauce and toasted sesame seeds, or slice and stir-fry with bean sprouts and spring onion for a quick supper.
