  Tuk Tuk Method:

  1. Put the rice noodles with 500ml cold water into the pot and bring to boil, (or soak the dried rice noodles in cold water for 1 hour in advance).
  2. Cook the rice noodles for 10-12 minutes until the rice noodles can be broken with chopsticks, then drain the noodles.
  3. Boil 450ml of fresh water, add the cooked rice noodles, soup pack, bamboo shoots, green beans and stir.
  4. Then add peanut, bean curd, chilli oil and vinegar (base on personal taste) and stir slightly. You can also add vegetables.
