Description: Pandan cake is the Southeast Asian bakery classic, and Z.H. Bakery Pandan Flavour Cake Slice 香葉蛋糕片 150g is a 150g pack of it. Pandan tastes like a cross between vanilla, coconut and fresh-cut grass, and it gives the sponge its gentle fragrance; the green colour comes from added colourings. Soft, light and not too sweet, it is the sort of cake that disappears with a cup of tea.
