Good firm to deal with.
Zheng Feng white lotus double yolk 2023. Tried only one moon cake so far this year but texture and taste is not as good as the same item as at 2022. The texture is softer and also crumples quicker under the fork; the yolk had no taste and was hard. I wonder if the ingredients have changed since 2022 or that quality is "within tolerance" as so manufacturers are want to say in their defence ??? Howeve3r, you have to bear in mind the price hasn't changed so it still deserves 4 stars rating.
