Description: Chang Li Sheng Rice Cake Sticks 張力生年糕條 500g. Springy, chewy Chinese rice cake sticks (nian gao) from Chang Li Sheng, a China Time-honoured Brand. Made from just rice, water and salt, with no preservatives. Use them in Chinese rice cake soup, in hot pot, or stir-fried with Korean chilli sauce. Product of China. Net weight 500g.
Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse the rice cakes first. Chinese rice cake soup: boil for 3-5 minutes, then add to stir-fried shredded meat and vegetables and cook a little longer. Hot pot: cook in the hot pot for 3-5 minutes. Korean stir-fried rice cake: boil for 3-5 minutes, then stir-fry in Korean spicy sauce for about 2 minutes. They taste best boiled soft before stir-frying.
Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated where possible.
