Dim sum is the Cantonese tradition of small dishes — dumplings, buns and rice rolls — shared over tea at yum cha.
Dumplings: pork and prawn siu mai, chicken siu mai, shiitake and pork siu mai, fish siu mai, prawn har kau (also spelt har gow or ha kau) and prawn wontons.
Buns: char siu bao (BBQ pork), chicken, custard, lotus seed paste, red bean and salted egg custard buns, Royal Gourmet siu loong bun (xiao long bao), and gua bao to fill yourself — see all bao buns.
