• Description: Golden Elephant jasmine rice 10kg 金象牌 頂上泰國茉莉香米 is a sack of top-grade Thai Hom Mali rice — the long-grain, fragrant rice served in Thai restaurants. Cooked grains come out soft, slightly moist and delicately scented with that familiar pandan-like aroma. Hom Mali suits everything from a weeknight stir-fry to a proper green curry, and the 10kg sack keeps a family going for months.

  Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse one cup of rice until the water runs clear, add 1.5 cups of water, bring to the boil, then cover and simmer on low for 12-15 minutes. Rest off the heat for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Serve alongside Royal Gourmet Siu Mai Dumpling (Pork & Prawn), spoon through Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli in Oil for an instant fried rice, and pour a glass of Thai tea or a coconut or rice drink on the side.
