Description: Prima Taste Laksa La Mian (Noodle in Aromatic Coconut Soup) 144g is the premium instant take on Singapore's famous laksa. Real laksa is a spicy coconut noodle soup built on a paste of chilli, dried shrimp, galangal, lemongrass and laksa leaf — Prima Taste packs that paste, a coconut milk premix and air-dried la mian noodles into one box. The result is a rich, creamy broth with gentle heat, closer to a hawker-stall bowl than most instant noodles get.

Tuk Tuk Method: Bring the laksa paste and coconut premix to the boil in about 500ml of water, add the noodles and simmer for around 7 minutes. Top with prawns, fishcake, beansprouts and a halved boiled egg for the full hawker effect. A spoonful of sambal and a squeeze of lime do no harm.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
