Description: Yutaka Wok Ready yakisoba noodles 150g are par-boiled Japanese wheat noodles made for stir-frying, with a sachet of sweet-savoury yakisoba sauce included. Yakisoba is the classic Japanese stir-fried noodle: springy strands tossed with meat and vegetables in a tangy, fruity sauce. One pack is a single serving, ready in minutes with no boiling needed. From the same Yutaka kitchen range as the udon used in noodle soups.
Tuk Tuk Method: Loosen the noodles in a hot wok with a little oil, add sliced pork or chicken with cabbage, beansprouts and spring onion, then stir through the sauce. Finish with pickled ginger and a sprinkle of aonori if you have them.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
