Description: Yutaka Wok Ready Udon Noodles 200g — thick, chewy Japanese wheat noodles, pre-cooked and vacuum-sealed so they're ready straight from the pack. Udon are made from wheat flour, which gives them that soft, springy bite; they're mild in flavour and take on whatever broth or sauce you give them. One pack is a generous single serving, ideal for a quick lunch. Stir-fry them, soup them, or serve them cold with a dipping sauce.
Tuk Tuk Method: Loosen the noodles in hot water, then add straight to the wok with soy, mirin and stir-fried vegetables for yaki udon. Drop into a dashi-based broth with spring onion for a quick udon soup. Or chill and serve with a sesame dipping sauce.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume the same day.
