Description: Royal Gourmet har kau prawn dumplings 蝦餃 are the dim sum classic done properly. Each dumpling holds plump, juicy prawns inside a thin wheat-starch skin that turns translucent and glossy as it steams — silky with a gentle chew, just as a good har kau should be. Sixteen pieces per 400g bag, enough for a proper weekend dim sum spread at home. Cook them straight from frozen, no thawing needed.
